Fortitude Outdoor Services provides lawn care, landscaping, snow removal, and property improvement services. Service terms, pricing, scheduling, and any required deposits are communicated before work begins or payment is collected.
Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule. Terms may vary by service, timing, weather, materials purchased, or work already performed.
Payments for services not yet performed may be reviewed for refund eligibility based on the applicable quote or service agreement. Charges for completed work, purchased materials, or costs already incurred may not be refundable.
Outdoor work may be delayed or rescheduled because of weather or unsafe conditions. We will work with customers to reschedule when practical.
